You can share the mobile tickets with screenshots so I’m told
Our company has 5 normal season tickets at Arsenal as well as the corporate box. We share every single game for the season tickets. The person accepting the tickets needs to sign up on their ticketing system tgen accept the tickets and they come through on the phone, no problem.I can categorically tell you that this isn’t possible. I lost my ST card a few weeks ago. They told me that I could have a replacement at £10 or go mobile for free. As there were only 3 home games to go at that point I decided to go mobile for the rest of the season. Once you’ve downloaded your email from the club, each game goes directly into your Apple wallet or the Android equivalent. There is no barcode or QR code to screenshot. ( I’m not sure how it works but you merely put your phone to the reader and voila you’re in). So you cannot share it.
Now on the positive side you can, as I’ve done this season, pass on that ticket through the club officially a max of 4 times. But that’s it. You can obviously put it on the resale system. Pointless in the championship but probably ok for most PL games.
However what gets my goat is that this is all being done with the idea that it’s to stop touts. Very relevant at the BCC clubs and most London PL clubs but the rest of us? Do Burnley, Sheff Utd, F*^%^ etc have tourists. No way.
The resale suits the club perfectly. I’ll resell for example my ticket for Liverpool. It’ll be 1/19 of my ST which will be £341 next season for a senior in SK. So I’ll get £17.91 for that ticket. As a CAT 1 ticket they’ll resell that for £40+. There’s the reason.
So I’ve put in for a card ( free for me). It’s a no brainer. I can still resell or share 4/season but ……. You know the rest.
Build the bloody extension and hope to God we stay in the PL LCFC or you’ll have a huge problem in the future.
If you could share 6 per season I don’t see a problem. But it’s been 4/23 this season. They’ll probably lower it next season due to less games.
Nobody seems to really know what anyone with a mobile ST at Arsenal for example can do. I’ve got a Gooner mate. I’ll ask.
Well if you're OK with being blatantly lied to.Nah they just know we’ll put up with this and we will
Thanks for all of your combined efforts on this, it is much appreciated. As they are so fan focused they obviously haven't responded to my e mail from when this was first announced, therefore I have released the following statement:This was the Fans Groups Statement for those who haven't already seen it

It was 6 Madrids deep on Sunday dinner TBF, anything seemed possible at the timeI’ve not seen anyone back this up elsewhere.
You can sell back to the club 5 times and send to someone else (signed up 4 times). Our company has 5 normal season tickets at Arsenal as well as the corporate box. We share every single game for the season tickets. The person accepting the tickets needs to sign up on their ticketing system tgen accept the tickets and they come through on the phone, no problem.
They can then be emailed and printed off or transferred to a phone.
Arsenal can see who is in the ground at any time like we want to see. Well kind of. If I take the stand tickets I’ll accept all 5 then print them off and transfer to my mobile too.
Their system is QR codes so that’s easy to do. I’m not sure with this other system we have whether you can do that with multiple tickets on the same phone.
The problem we have is that Arsenal and Spurs allow as many times per season as is needed. We only allow it 4 times per season.
It’s the same at Spurs by the way.
Well if you're OK with being blatantly lied to.
Well it’s not the first time and it sure won’t be the last, remember when they told us you could only get to watch the Madrid game if you bought the tickets and travelled with the club?
Unfortunately it’s part and parcel of being a football fan and resistance is just a token gesture but ultimately futile
Fast forward to 2:17...
Ahh a burner, are you a drugs dealer by any chanceNot sure whether this has been asked before but would it be possible to buy a cheap 2nd hand smartphone dedicated solely to one's season ticket?
Of course this won't work for selling on tickets to strangers but this dedicated 'pool' phone could at least be shared among friends & family.
Just a thought and I might be wrong.
If this is a breach of T&Cs or too expensive / elaborate forget about it.
Id thought about this, but I reckon you would need a SIM card which would cost about £1.50 a month, which wouldn’t really be worth it against the price of a card, but I’d be interested if anyone else thinks it would work for freeNot sure whether this has been asked before but would it be possible to buy a cheap 2nd hand smartphone dedicated solely to one's season ticket?

There is. My NFC had a wobble and wouldn't work at one game. Just under the ticket in the wallet it says something like "show code". Tap it and there's a QR code. Worked for me in the slot.Once you’ve downloaded your email from the club, each game goes directly into your Apple wallet or the Android equivalent. There is no barcode or QR code to screenshot
This is excellent research.
The club think we are stupid.
I can 100% say digital tickets can be passed on.I can categorically tell you that this isn’t possible. I lost my ST card a few weeks ago. What, you stick the phone in that slot where we used to insert ST cards? There is. My NFC had a wobble and wouldn't work at one game. Just under the ticket in the wallet it says something like "show code". Tap it and there's a QR code. Worked for me in the slot.
Yes the last time we saluted "one lying bastard" was 30 years ago, maybe an anniversary t shirt opportunity showing BL and today's culprits. Only 40 quid or buy 2 for 100.This is excellent research.
And it reveals just how duplicitous and snidey the Club are. It seems institutionally so.
I won't be clapping any of the cunts tomorrow when they swan around milking the fucking crowd.
Exactly TopFox, and just a few notches up the anger scale is where I am - ST holding years finished. The research is as damning as it is excellent. Only one conclusion, the club just don't give a flying, this has proved just what the fans mean to them - absolutely nothing. This is excellent research.

I've seen that as well as vaguely waving a phone at the sensor. At first I just assumed that the slot was for paper tickets that people happened to have on their mobile (which is not NFC mobile tickets) but it would be for reading any QR type code I guess (again, not NFC).What, you stick the phone in that slot where we used to insert ST cards?
Yeah. It doesn't go in far and the QR code looks like it's too far down the screen but it worked. What, you stick the phone in that slot where we used to insert ST cards?
25th minute chanting was loud. We all made the point well.
Oh but yes despite this I still joined in on the 25th minute with a few others in SK4The focus on £25 and also, for some, sharing STs is in my view missing the point. As much as I think £25 is ludicrous and offensive, the real issue is the enforcement of mobile phone tickets using NFC in and of itself.
Almost all of the justification for it is imo deeply flawed at best and complete lies at worst (had to wait several minutes behind someone today frustratingly placing his phone in front of the reader suceeding eventually without changing a thing on about his 15th attempt I reckon).
If you're predominantly bothered by the £25 the club will argue you should just switch (and grotesquely cynical as it is they'd be right).
Sharing is even harder, strictly speaking people shouldn't be as I suspect per the t&cs they agree to when buying one and uf I was on a waiting list for one it would piss me off (I'm nit and in most cases it doesn't).
In my view though if opposition focuses on either or both we have already lost and we are accepting that NFC tickets are the only future.
(Apologieesd fer typoscan shit, hat using me phun)
Exactly this. The tech is flawed, but no-one at the club will admit. They'll blame the user. The fact we've so many conflicting posts on here about how to use mobile tickets (do you wave it at the reader, do you insert it, do you display the QR code etc) tells you the club's communication and introduction has been terrible.had to wait several minutes behind someone today frustratingly placing his phone in front of the reader suceeding eventually without changing a thing on about his 15th attempt I reckon
We resisted and it wasn’t futile. Flew out to Madrid and purchased tickets at the ground, as did many others.Well it’s not the first time and it sure won’t be the last, remember when they told us you could only get to watch the Madrid game if you bought the tickets and travelled with the club?
