Its chances created yes. A shot has to happen for any XG to generate so 1 shot in this case from a very unlikely scoring scenario generated 0.01-0.02 xg depending on which source used. XG is a fairly recent thing so records are only going back a few years.

I’ve stayed quiet about this in recent times because I can’t be bothered with the tirade of ‘it’s all a load of Bollox’ etc. Always happy to privately discuss with anyone interested though.

Confronting the opposition makes them think twice about their abilities to make progress backing off gives them momentum and also gives them confidence to repeat there actions
I accept I may be wrong but confronting an episode whether beaten or not at least gives you an insight to a players capabilities
