Lingers Long On Cank Street
It’s the day to get our old Vardy back
Square pegs in square holes for me. Just as shifting YT forward failed midweek, I wouldn't risk fucking about with where our current most effective attacker has been playing. Even trying Nacho would be less risky IMHO. Never thought I'd be writing that!I think that’s our strongest 11 at the minute. I’d go with this tomorrow.
The only option I think we have is playing Barnes in the middle behind Vardy and play Albrighton on the left, leaving Ihenacho on he bench. That would at least give us an attacking option off the bench which Rodgers does seem to favour.
Agreed, but ropey signings are part of the transfer game. We should be thankful that we don't waste £Ms like wetspam and others have done so spectacularly. Ghezzal is hopefully the last of the rubbish to be disposed of – our recent record is great, but we need to accept that 2 good 'uns out of 3 is a very very successful rate.I agree but long contracts for "average" signings have hindered us hugely too. It's a very fine balance and doesn't just happen unfortunately. Luckily Top and Co know that....
Cameo last minute appearance in the last game at home to Spuds???Hallelujah. We are truly saved. Wes will never see another Leicester fan in a match again. Very sad but true.
Barnes is our most potent threat at the minute. I doubt that BD would risk switching his position after that disastrous attempt with Tielemans on ThursdayI think that’s our strongest 11 at the minute. I’d go with this tomorrow.

Ahem...Cameo last minute appearance in the last game at home to Spuds???
So one game tomorrow would cause JV to reverse his already-declared opinion that he was right to stay at City for the past four and a half years? Yeah right, of course...Ian would probably give support to Vardy and not have him kicking the boards and wishing he'd gone arsenal.
Not recently,.in the league they've beaten us just once in the last six gamesI have a bad feeling about today.
Arse have always been a bogey side. 0-3.
,1-1 it's been coming for a whileTielemans 1-0
Wafer thin Squad Mick...!!!Vardy is nowhere near fit
,1-1 it's been coming for a while
IMHO
Don't think Vardy is fit. With Vardy so badly out of form/fitness the Arse have little to fear when they push forward as long as they mark Barnes tightly.
