I read somewhere (extract from Times obit I believe) that he lived in Southport

I read somewhere (extract from Times obit I believe) that he lived in Southport

I remember that he was reportedly living in Kegworth for a long time but looks like he had moved to Swannington (there was a newspaper story last year about a newsworthy brush with the LRI). No idea if he had returned to Southport subsequently.

Either way RIP Bill Tidy, a great cartoonist indeed.

I rang him up in Keg once to ask if I could use one of his cartoons and how much would he charge.
We settled on a box of his favourite wine.
