Bit of fun in these troubled times

Steve, you're an imperialist stooge, but I can overlook that as you're a classy, long-time poster.
I've done some pretty goofy things for the love of a good woman, but my spider-sense in tingling here. This sounds like a bad idea, for all the wrong reasons. 😐

I appreciate the thought and we are not unaware of the downside risk - lot of discussion going on. Let’s hope for the best.

Why the negativity?
Misha or Masha for 350 quid a month for a room. What could possibly go wrong?

Nope. You just can't accept there's charitable people out there.
l certainly can, but your a liar.

I also respect anyone who helps others for unipersonal reasons and fair play to SteveYork. The question came up elsewhere asking "why don't they offer £350 to take in a British person who's on the streets ?" I think thats why people are cynical about the flag etc and the offer to take someone in from such a distance away and ignored on a local level.

Theres no personal glory in that unlike what's actually in the lying MSM. I do not believe one word that these dogs say, so I'd be reluctant to fall for any of it. I say help what you can see, as anyone with the slightest bit of awareness knows the charities don't do anything for the people in trouble, they misappropriate it themselves. I'm not doubting SY's intentions being good and its his money and home he can do what he feels best.

Believe what you want. I tend to believe what my family tell me and if I had bigger place I would take some in and not because of the money.
