Both Vestergard and Daka should have scored from headers. Is, apparently, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
A bit like wingers putting in high crosses to Daka only for their centre halves to head clear, over and over again.
From free kicks and corners, not open play. Both Vestergard and Daka should have scored from headers.
This is where we miss Ndidi. They were more than happy to let Faes and Vestergaard attempt to be attacking midfielders.
We have limited nouse and creativity either side of Winks.

Hence, presumably, the pursuit of Sensi in January. We have made it through the season so far without a genuine creative midfielder and we’re top of the division. Hopefully we’ll navigate the final 13 games without one and remain at the top. I’d imagine this is an area that will be urgently looked at in the summer. They were more than happy to let Faes and Vestergaard attempt to be attacking midfielders.

We made some very good signings last summer with Rudkin in the building. Why would his presence stop us from doing the same again this summer? What with Rudkin still in the building.
I agree that Middlesbrough defended well and made it very hard for us, but we still managed to create 5-6 very good chances. If Vestergaard and Daka had converted their chances in the first half, it would have been a different game. Even after they went 2-0 up, we created enough chances to at least get a point - Vardy should have had two and Vestergaard's second miss was worse than his first. I also agree that playing Cannon on the wing smacked of desperation, but weirdly it worked - his assist for Vardy's goal was sublime.Actually Clapham we are likely to come under the same scenario as last Saturday in the remaining games.
So if that is the case a plan B is required or a variation of the theme.
We were bamboozled by a solid defence and there wasn't a Chink of light as to how to defeat it.
A radicle rethink was needed but never came, that to me was the crux of losing
You push out an out and out striker to the wing, you keep doing the same thing over and over, now a creative player could have made a difference
