more flats it looks like. Student flats is his thing, they get around planning by following that path, and sell them as investment properties.
I know the fella who owns the land and the flats. Hes a big Everton fan and now as more money than God.
He firstly moved from Liverpool to Marbella, then Monaco, then on to Switzerland as his fortune grew.
