Why was it that all their highly paid legal representatives couldn’t bring it upon themselves to share your expert opinion with them? I think we should be told.
 
The lawyers just loved ramping up all the time spent on this shitty case to ramp up their fees.
They are not going to turn their noses up at making a few million no matter who wins.

I hope they do give him dogs abuse, it seems to fire him up and if the opposition fans have ever learned anything, it's don't wind JV up. He will make them pay.
 
A few times in my career we have gone to judges to apply for things to be dismissed on the grounds the case is ‘vexatious’ and after a legal argument the decision comes down that someone can’t do something for a period of time as basically they are wasting everyone’s time.
Imo there should be some overriding body or role that can make a similar decision about whether a whole case is just a pointless waste of court time.
