Leeds thread

Looks like another rather damaging result for them. They have conceded nine goals in two games, and the game isn't finished yet. Two home games, in fact! They're definitely still in that mini-league fighting relegation.

Edited to say that it's not the right time that Liverpool is picking up form here though since we're still due to play them!

As Leeds conceded the fifth goal for the second game running here at Elland Road the stands empty to a chorus of boos.
Javi Gracia had won three of his seven matches in charge coming into this evening but 10 goals conceded across two home matches is a worrying trend – regardless of the opposition.
It’s Fulham away next, with Leicester here next Tuesday. That was always going to be a big game, but it feels season-defining now.

I think it's nice that Leeds let someone in the crowd put on a shirt and play for the last half hour but surely they should be breathalysed first.

The management team must have watched that and surely it’s given them confidence to see we can get a result. They’re imploding at exactly the right time. Let’s see but after that there’s surely no excuse if we don’t win

Absolutely right,. We cannot rely on others to drop points all the time. The result tonight does us no good at all, they are still two wins away from us which will take some catching up.
Don't be silly. Of course it's good for us if a relegation rival is on the receiving end of a morale-destroying thrashing at home. Leeds have disintegrated and Garcia seems completely out of his depth. If they don't beat us next Tuesday, they are in massive trouble; if we beat them, we'll very likely finish above them.
