Thats a very big fire, l don't know if any of you have been near big fires but its very hot for some distance, three people standing very close to what I'd say is unbearable heat.
Also, the big danger is the fuel tanks in the cars near by, wouldn't it be normal practice to get them away from danger asap ?
and, would the fire engines be that close to such a large fire ?

It is possible that it was meant for a nearby target, but much of Russias weaponry is primitive, poorly maintained Soviet era stuff, and not very accurate.So difficult - who to believe?
