I'm not sure he is thick as shit, but I don't believe that he is no longer a danger.
It's possible for the average career criminal to reform, but sexual predators are different.
Glitter, Saville, age hasn't made any difference.
They are evil fuckers that society shouldn't be exposed to.
 
Got dragged back to prison within barely minutes of being released last time.

Yet 18 months later he is good to go again

The 'Parole Board' know best - public servants etc etc etc.
