I seem to remember he allowed about 500 Hells Angels to have a birthday party in the pub and the garden at a time when there was a lockdown during the covid pandemic.

Buzz, I go where people serve good beer she wanted allegedly to be up market.Even though I am now local it has never been a regular watering hole for me but I have to say I find the whole "I've not tried it but it's not as good as it was" essentially based on the familial relations of the manager & rumours regarding previous businesses a little odd though I can understand if a sense of loyalty to a previous manager might make someone shun a venue.
