The Masonic People

I was talking to a Priest today. I didn't know that 'as a rule' Catholics are not permitted to join the masonic people because of their satanic rituals.

Can any masonic people confirm or deny this?

Jackie, I know someone high up in the Mason's and will find out from them, it may take time as I do not see them that often, however, I will not forget.

I think the Papal people don’t allow left footers to join the Masons. Don’t know why.

Thats funny. When I was about 10 I tried to join the Boys Brigade. I thought they might be better than the boy scouts.
But when they found out I had been christened a Catholic they came round to tell my Mum I couldn't attend anymore.

Mind you the 3 houses in this Boys Brigade group were Latimer, Cranmer and Ridley who were all Protestant Bishops burnt at the Stake by Queen Mary. So there's a clue.

Yeah I had similar thing, different organisation, when I was a kid when they found out I was catholic.

Jackie, I have now been informed that Catholics are able to join the rolled up trouser brigade.
As I understood it, the person that was referred to in the original conversation had to get clearance from the, is it the Dean of Manchester? Or the Catholic equivalent (sorry i'm still learning this stuff), they allowed him to join but on the understanding that he was not permitted to join in their satanic rituals. He lasted a matter of weeks before never going back. Obviously the bit that intrigued me was the 'satanic rituals' part.

Which would make more sense, as I understand to join the masonic people you have to believe in a higher being, not necessarily 'God', but you have to have a belief system rather than be atheist. I guess in this case if you worship the devil/Baal/Lucifer that that would be your God.

When my dad died, the local lodge were very supportive to my mum, always sending a birthday card, Christmas present and checking whether she was ok.
They’re not all Papal people eaters.

Is there elements of satanic worship in the lodge? And if so, why would the Catholic church be against joining, whereas I'm presuming CoE and other religions are happy to mix the good and evil with the lodge? I know from childhood that the catholic church I went to was very keen on the 'burning in hell' stories, and it seems the other religions don't focus on that so much.

Damn you sir caught out like a naughty school boy, my plan to sabotage your inflated ego is undone 🤨
What I was confessing to! Inflated ego?

What have I said that has rattled you so much? Personally I was quite enjoying this thread and the points that had been discussed, I'm not sure what you have taken such offense at. Please explain, although I doubt you will.

You don’t rattle or offend me pal, I find you most amusing 🤣

Yeah, I'm cool as fuck. So anyway what do you think about what we were talking about the masonic people?
I’ve met a few and they basically rub each other’s backs, have a fetish for self debasement which is offset by their joy for a good charity banquet or 3, and yes they do have reversible secret rings.

Of course, I’m not the one confessing to a priest and messaging at ungodly hours in the morning, how are you doing Hun
Why do you assume I go to confession? And why are you so concerned with what time I get up?

your bathomet god will be pleased with your work brother..
