Oh yes it can. I dance around on lots of other forums and most are awful, many with hundreds more users than this modest affair.
What might be an improvement is less 'departments'. Say three as at the moment we are spread too thin imo so three would be good,

TBH, Cant see a problem with this site at all, unless its down to Micky's costs and a lack of paid subscribers. The format works fine for me.
