This week I have mainly been watching

Just started watching Brassic.
Watched half the first episode some time ago and switched off, this time round it worked for me.

I’ve watched every series, and regardless of how mental and daft it is, I for some reason like it.

Two disappointments for me. True Detective is nothing like the mighty first three and misuses their reputation.
dishonestly, Even Foster's acting cannot save it. True? I don't think so...
And Masters of the Air was never going to get near Band of Brothers as the scope of acion was/is too narrow.
The juvenile macho/jingoism would never have been in BoB either.
Sad in both cases...

Yeah I’m not entirely enthralled and even though I’m trying not to compare it’s hard not to, given the hype, hopefully they’ll be an amazing finale to rescue both from being just decent.

Fail on the TD and Masters just seems to rely on action sequences rather than characters and personalities to the point that I’ve no affiliation whatsoever and don’t care what happens to them as long as it’s spectacular.

It’s on my list and my mate loves it, problem here though is if you’re not a fan then any reviews will be useless unless they’re from other non fans but there might not be any because why would you bother if you don’t like the director
