Thousands march against antisemitism

Was he arrested, thought he just led away before he tried to make it all about him.

Sky news reported him as being arrested on YouTube.
Even if he was led away there is no reason for that if he wasn't causing public disorder..
I don't condone Tommy Robinson but if the guy has done basically fuck all whilst the police have been completely limp wristed with Palestinian extremists then Braverman was right.

Seems he was arrested.
Doesn’t seem a natural supporter of a march against antisemitism, he’d been asked not to attend, he was spoken to for 10 minutes and asked to leave by plod and wouldn’t.
He is a one man public disorder, it’s what he does to keep himself in the news and the cash flowing in.

In a statement, the Metropolitan Police said: “We have been in frequent contact with the organisers of the march in recent days.

“They have been clear about their concerns that the man’s attendance, and that of those who were likely to accompany him, would cause fear for other participants.

“The same view has been voiced by others.

“As a result, he was spoken to and warned on more than one occasion that his continued presence in the area was likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress to others.

“He was directed to leave the area but refused to do so.”

That's no reason to arrest someone especially when they have allowed antisemitic chants in pro Palestinian marches.
Like I said the Met Police should have complete neutrality and deal with extremists evenly on both sides of the argument.
I don't see much balance if someone is being nicked for just being 'not welcome'.

And what offence did he commit?

Why can thousands get away with being racially aggravating whilst one single person from the opposite side gets bundled off for just being there.
Complete and utter biased joke by a complete and utter corrupt police force.

In a statement the Met police, asked about Yaxley-Lennon’s arrest, said: “He had refused to comply with a direction to disperse under section 35 of the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act.

A later statement confirmed Yaxley-Lennon was pepper-sprayed. A spokesperson said: “The arrested man resisted as officers attempted to put him in handcuffs. He was warned repeatedly before PAVA spray was used.
“Following its use, officers gained control of him and handcuffs were applied.”
Footage on X shows Yaxley-Lennon being asked to leave by police while he was in a cafe, where he said he had ordered breakfast. The far-right leader refused the police request and claimed he was attending the protest as a journalist.

No balance to it.
Why was he asked to disperse if he wasn't inciting racial hatred ? For just being present is no reason. Over the top heavy handiness by a proven corrupted police force.
We had years of hook hand Hamza spewing his bile on the streets and the police did the square root of fuck all about it.
I don't condone Tommy Robinson but if you arresting him for that then the police cells would be full.......if the Met were doing their job properly.

He should get some compo from yesterday if he puts a claim in. It seems very harsh arresting someone who is in a cafe having a cup of coffee or whatever, even if it was SYL.

How would you have reacted to OB wading in and cuffing marchers with Hamas placards? Ive seen them with ISIS flags. What law did he break?
I'd have been all for it, support of terrorism is an offence.
You're lazily assuming that because I'm a 'lefty' that I automatically support Hamas?
The world would be a better place without Hamas and the extreme right wing currently running Israel.

Why do you think Yaxley-Lennon was there? He's not a journalist.
He turned up in the hope that the met would fall for it, which they did, arrest him thus putting the spotlight on him and helping to fill the coffers.

Do a bit of research and see who fills his coffers, you might not like what you find out.

Why not be helpful and cut and paste your research.
I really don't want to do any research into the obnoxious cunt and end up setting off algorithms that mean I start getting links to god knows what.

The fact remains, that he hasnt committed any crime.

Let me run my own algorithm by the Vanles.

Do you think he's financed by Zionists?

Do you like the idea that he's getting paid by them?

Do you disagree with things he says?

That all in the locker, do you think he should get arrested for doing shit-all by UK police?

Ain't this a little like a 'no crime' arrest you'd expect in some banana republic/police state?

Answers greatly appreciated by Big Dave .

Bonus question.

What do you think about guys who enjoy seeing police doing stuff like this?
