They are all the same

They supply nothing

There are no laws in this system, only legislation

There is no legislation that specifically sets out our obligation to pay these agents and given whomever makes the claim carries the burden of proof

Where is our obligation?

Most agents will defer the alleged debt to a debt collector

They cannot win against you

It then goes back to the agent

Agents say we are in a deemed contract

There’s no such thing. In fact there is ample case law to support what is required for a contract to be legally valid

They bully. They lie. But in court they can’t win

They cannot disconnect you. They lie when they use that threat.

They don’t supply anything so how could they?

Also, disconnection requires the road to be dug up

The national grid will not do that and no judge would sign off on it

If you were to have hassle these credit brokers (3rd parties) use invalid documents (warrants) that are not signed and they usually use the rights of entry act 1954 or gas & electric safety act 2006.

Remember no agreement or contract is in place!



Be free folks. Stop paying and stick it to them :)
 
You've still failed to inform us of just how many people have successfully followed this info and have stopped paying and haven't been taken to court.

If that's the case then to repeat my questions from above:
How many people are successfully getting their gas, electric and water for free?
How many people have been fined for failing to pay believing they don't have to only to be rudely awakened when they get to court?

You'd think that if one person had successfully refused to pay for their bills/rental of meter that bitchute and others would be shouting about this from the rooftops and tens or hundreds of thousands would have done the same and British Gas/Electric/Thames Water/Octupus etc would have gone to the wall.

All I know at the mo is there’s a service that can fit a meter which covers the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands, so I’m guessing there’s quite a few at it but as I said it’s new territory for me and I’m intrigued about all this skullduggery going around behind our backs 👀

I’m not looking for an exact figure.
In fact just a few examples of people who haven’t paid their utility bills for the last 5 years and haven’t been taken to court would do.
I don’t believe you’ll find any that have got away with this as Dudley council seem to have shown how there’s no such get out clause for freemen etc.

I’m also not surprised that there’s a service who will fit a meter for you, I’d check to see if it’s a Nigerian dialling code first though.

Think I might have asked this question before when someone or other claimed they didn't pay for something (might have been a bill, tax, payment or similar) which most living in a household pays, so at the risk of attracting abuse & some strange responses as I did then...

Are the people here advocating not paying, not paying themselves & if so, what's been the outcome? Just curious really.
