Food for thought

Think the lady on the interesting link bnet posted tother week on leccy bill avoidance gave some numbers re the people doing it. She also said it was, and had to be, qualified engineers who replaced the meters.
Personally I get that the UK energy companies are just admin (brokers at best) but not sure how the energy costs nothing especially when its bought in from abroad.

The second paragraph is the one that I don't understand either.
According to the vid all our utility bills have been paid for by income tax. Odd that income tax didn't go up when power bills went through the roof. The discussion seems to be about meters and he never questions her claims.
Seems that food and clothes have also all been paid for with our income tax.
Strange that as surely our food/clothing/utility bills cost more than we pay in income tax.

You think income tax is spent on the people for the good of the people, how naive can you be ! Look you need to step away from this sort of stuff, your starting position is about the same as my 3 year old granddaughters.

Well according to the link you shared, and that yorkfox reposted above, our utility bills, food and clothing have all been paid for by our income tax.
Are you now saying that something you posted isn't actually true?
Or did you not actually take in what she was claiming and that was never questioned by the interviewer.?
Think we'd all agree that the utility companies are just 'brokers', doesn't mean that they're selling you something that has already been paid for and should be free to us.

I'm somewhat surprised that you've only argued the toss about a parking fine if all of this is true.
Why haven't you had your meters removed and started using the free gas and electric.
Where do you go to claim your free clothing and food?

I’m advocating broadening your horizons and not just accepting what you think to true just because we’ve been spoon fed lies all our lives for the benefit of others, then make your own decisions of what’s true and if you’re willing to do something about it or not whilst accepting the consequences for your own actions.

Very reasonable & don’t have an issue.

The question I had was just on how those advocating non-payment had fared, since they were so knowledgeable, & passionate about the spreading the word.

because it takes time, and l have better things to do. I can put my time to earning more money than l can save. When that ratio changes l might do and others would have set the pathway for me to follow. A trickle will turn into a raging river soon.

I only did the parking ticket because it was a fucking lie, l was not parked on double yellows and have photos to prove it.

From the comments on various groups lots claiming to be doing fine, but how true that is I don’t know I just find the whole thing intriguing and thought others would and yes I knew it would ruffle a few feathers 🤣
I,am however, convinced we’re being robbed blind by elitist cunts and if I’m satisfied this whole thing is valid I’ll give it a try but I’m certainly not rushing into it

Thinking critically for yourself should lead to the conclusion that your utility bills, food and clothing aren’t paid for from the income tax you pay.
To come to any other conclusion is delusional. Ad mentioned in the vid linked by ccc ‘if it seems too good to be true …..’.
