I love the guy and he is definitely entitled to be referred to as a club legend, but please, please, please...no statues. It suggests a lack of perspective and only begs the question why we've never erected statues to past club legends like Adam Black, Arthur Chandler, Sep Smith, Arthur Rowley, Graham Cross, Gordon Banks, Shilts, Steve Walsh etc.? In any case, footballing statues (with a few honourable exceptions) are almost always dreadful as works of art...The amount of goals he’s scored after coming into this league so late in his footballing career is nothing short of phenomenal.
He has to have a statue.
Should have had one of Gordon Banks. No we don't we need statues of the players. How can you have a statue for someone who was only here 1 and a half seasons. Should be legends like Vardy or Morgan. We need a statue of ranieri.
Agreed, Stoke have one unless its still in moth balls? He was a Leicester player when we won the world cup but they seem to have forgot that.Should have had one of Gordon Banks. He won the highest honour when at Leicester City.
Yeah, of course. That would very nicely encapsulate the whole team ethos to which everyone involved always attributes the win...How about a triple statue of Ranieri and Morgan holding up the Trophy and Vardy looking on in pose saluting the crowd?

Yeah he so fast running and he has a crafty fag on his days off, he's a working man's hero, love the bloke. The thing about Vardy is not just how many he has scored, but who he has scored against.
Unlike certain 'top strikers' (Hello, Lukaku) he has consistently scored in big games against the big clubs.
