What was your favourite Leicester nightclub?

Horsefair
Scamps
Fusion
Adam & Eve
Granny’s

and nearly all mentioned in the thread

I loved them all. Loved going out

Did anyone venture out of town to the Durham ox at Sixhills?
Early to mid 70's every Sunday night, was always full of local footballers from Syston St Peters, Thurmaston Town, Sileby town etc. Was a good place to go in those days until the drink driving law killed it.

Mud Club/White Room/The Cooler... were they all the same place opp the Magazine pub?

Used to go to Reflections which was round the corner from Studio/Palais, same building.

The Prohibition Club. The Chameleon.

Bear Cage... used to get lost in there. Weren't there about 11 floors. Seemed like it at times ;)

Used to have some great nights in the Attik.

Anyone remember two quite short-lived clubs. One was Leicester Underground, might have been King Street. The other I thinki was called Quench, upstairs opposite the old Odeon Cinema.
We ran Quench your thirst, opposite the old Odeon. Early to mid 90's.
It was a great night, until the Leicester gangsters realised there was money to be made from dance music & drugs

Streetlife....once a month on a Thursday. The rest of the time it was a gay club near the old Odeon.
But one week in 4 ,we thought it was the Hacienda....

Freewheeler down Churchgate was good, I remember the Penny Farthing , it burnt down .
Adam and Eve good on a Thursday as was the Durham Ox up on Six Hills.

Scamp's, fusion, hole in the wall, Tiffanys, Bailey's palais in that order. Never Bothered with aunties always baby club after grannies.

It was great.
